ORGAN PRELUDE
WORDS OF WELCOME AND NOTICES
CALL TO WORSHIP
When we feel abandoned and alone, unable to find a way out of the wilderness that surrounds, we cry out to God
All: And God listens to us.
When we feel discouraged and defeated, unsure and worried we cry out to God…
All: And God listens to us.
When we feel lost and forgotten, unable to find the words for how we feel, our hearts cry out to God…
All: And God pays attention to us.
As we gather together today, remember: You are not alone. God knows where you are, and God listens to the cries of our hearts.
All: May we listen to one another as God leads us to the cool, refreshing waters we need for the journey ahead.

PRAYERS OF APPROACH & THE LORD’S PRAYER
Our Father which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come; thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen

Welcome to worship in Bellshill and Bothwell Parish Church. Whether you join in person or online, come every week, are here for the first time or the first time in a long time, a very warm welcome.
This service is live-streamed. Should you not wish to appear in the recording, please speak to our welcome team.
You’ll find tea, coffee, juice, ready for you after the service in the Church Centre. We’d love for you to stick around for a cup of something warm and a good chat.
Have You Noticed the Lanyards? You may have spotted some people around wearing lanyards. Anyone who is helping or mentioned in the notices will be wearing one, making them easy to find. If you have any questions, please ask anyone wearing a lanyard, and they will be happy to point you in the right direction.
Please note that Revd. Iain will be on annual leave from Friday, 26th June, returning on Monday, 13th July. During his absence, please contact David and Sally, the joint Session Clerks, by emailing sessionclerk@bbcofs.org.uk.
Please note that Mhairi is on annual leave and will be back on the 29th of June. For pastoral support please email David and Sally the joint Session Clerks at sessionclerk@bbcofs.org.uk
