ORGAN PRELUDE

WORDS OF WELCOME AND NOTICES

CALL TO WORSHIP                                                                                           Psalm 95

HYMN CH4 167                                                     Guide me, O thou great Jehovah

O come, let us sing to the LORD; let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation!

All: Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to him with songs of praise!

For the LORD is a great God and a great King above all gods.

All: In his hand are the depths of the earth; the heights of the mountains are his also.

The sea is his, for he made it, and the dry land, which his hands have formed.

All: O come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the LORD, our Maker!

PRAYERS OF APPROACH & THE LORD’S PRAYER

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come; thy will be done; on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory, for ever. Amen

Welcome to worship in Bellshill and Bothwell Parish Church. Whether you join in person or online, come every week, or are here for the first time or the first time in a long time, a very warm welcome. A special welcome to all the family and friends of Élaria as we celebrate her baptism today.

Join us tonight and every Sunday evening in our West Halls at 5pm for a contemporary service with tea, coffee, juice and biscuits before the service.

This service is live-streamed. Should you not wish to appear in the recording, please speak to our welcome team.

You’ll find tea, coffee, juice, and biscuits ready for you after the service in the Church Centre. We’d love for you to stick around for a cup of something warm and a good chat.

A Word of Thanks to Sandra

We want to express our sincere thanks to Sandra, who has intimated that she will be stepping down from her role as Church Administrator. Sandra’s last day will be Friday 13th March.

The role of Church Administrator often happens quietly in the background, and yet is essential to the life and running of a congregation. Sandra has carried out this work with dedication and care, and we are deeply grateful for everything she has given to us as a Church. We wish her every blessing, and we ask you to join us in thanking Sandra for her faithful service.
