The Church adult choir is made up of a talented group of people who just enjoy singing. There are no auditions; just a willingness to have a go. If you can read music, it is a bonus, but not a necessity.
Choral music has a tradition at Bothwell which goes back centuries, and this historical influence has been acknowledged by the present choir, whose wide ranging repertoire draws from hundreds of years of musical inspiration.
For the greater part of the year, the choir leads the singing of the hymns during the Sunday morning service and often contributes an anthem.
